Where do subscription payments go?
The operator share of each confirmed payment is swept to the payout wallet you configure. Membly deducts the applicable platform fee before the sweep; your rate is shown in the operator dashboard.
Which payments does Membly accept?
USDC and USDT on Base and BNB Smart Chain. Each payment gets a unique HD-derived address so confirmations match automatically.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly subscription. A platform fee is deducted from successful payments; your actual rate is shown before launch and in your bot dashboard. Paid payments with a fee above 0% have a $0.20 minimum platform fee.
What happens when a subscription expires?
Membly sends renewal reminders before expiry. If a member does not renew, they are removed from the group automatically. When they pay again, access can be restored without a manual spreadsheet or kick list.
Do members need a crypto wallet?
Members need a wallet or exchange that can send the selected USDC or USDT token on the exact network shown at checkout. Membly displays the amount, QR code and unique payment address, then detects the payment after the required confirmations.
